Software – Licensed computer programs including RealGUIDE™.

Bank transfer (advance payment)

Cash payments are not accepted.
Orders may be suspended in case of outstanding invoices.
11. Delivery of Digital Products
RealGUIDE™ licenses and digital services are delivered electronically.
Activation timelines:
Software license activation: up to 1 working day
Planning services: as agreed per case
Digital file processing (Dicom/STL): 1–3 working days
Timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.
12. Shipping of Physical Products (If Applicable)
If physical goods are supplied:
Shipping costs apply unless otherwise agreed
Delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed
Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier
Customer must inspect goods upon receipt and report discrepancies within 48 hours.
13. Returns and Refund Policy
Digital Products (including Software licenses):
Non-refundable once activated.
Physical Products:
Return requests must be submitted in writing
Products must be unopened and in original packaging
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the Customer
Custom-made products (e.g., surgical guides) are non-returnable
MAXILLA MEDICAL reserves the right to modify the return policy at any time.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Products are provided “as is”
MAXILLA MEDICAL disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
